Richard Paley – President / Founder
Mr. Paley, President of Paley Dixon, is an M&amp;A executive and real estate principal with forty years of experience. Richard founded Paley Dixon in 1979, and has grown the firm to its current position as a successful and highly regarded buy-side advisor to strategic investors, family trusts, private equity and substantial individuals.
Richard was Senior Vice President of Building and Land Technology Corporation, a public company, and was founder and President of The Palinger Corporation, owner/manager of more than 2,000 Manhattan apartment units and 400,000 SF of retail space. Richard has been Chairman of the Board of Advisors for The Institute for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Norfolk, Virginia; an advisor to The Omega Institute, Rhinebeck, New York, and served on the Boards of the Harlem Youth/Act Organization, Washington Heights/Inwood Development Association, and the Westchester County Preservation Society. Richard majored in Management Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Sarah Cooke – Senior Vice President
Ms. Cooke, Senior Vice President of Research, is an entrepreneur and computer industry executive with twenty years of experience in technology consulting and research. She joined Paley Dixon in 1996 as the head of research.
In 1984, Sarah founded Gulf Business Systems, the computer consulting company. The firm provided enterprise-wide accounting systems and custom application software to the nuclear power industry. Sarah subsequently sold her company, continuing to work as an independent software consultant. Sarah majored in Business Administration at the University of New Orleans and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tulane University.
Beverly Tkaczenko – Executive Vice President, Business Development
Beverly comes to Paley Dixon with more than 25 years experience in business development with expertise in client relations, sales, marketing and process improvement. She has held senior positions with Hoechst Celanese and Caprius. Beverly studied Business Administration at Farleigh Dickinson University.
